Not only was the place perfect, but the host were amazing! Very helpful home manual that answered all of our questions. The home was aesthetically pleasing s well as functional. The bathrooms were clean, towels soft and fluffy. The beds were comfortable after long days of hiking and paddle boarding. The area felt very safe and was peaceful and quiet at night. We stay at many air bnbs, this is definitely one of our favorites! Thank you so much Tom!

Timothy and Danielle's place was exactly what we were looking for: a beautiful cozy getaway with all the amenities we needed. It was clean, fresh, and many touches that made it more enjoyable (built in speakers, scented candle, TV signed in, EV charger, etc.). Would definitely recommend to a friend and would love to visit again.

Loved staying here with my wife, baby and parents for a fun extended Mammoth weekend. Great spot close to the village as a launch point for our mountain biking trips at the bike park plus we walked a couple different places from the condo, including pizza and a coffee place. I personally enjoyed the style the the airbnb a lot including the well-equipped kitchen since we did a fair amount of cooking. Plus we used the dishwasher quite a bit. The layout also worked great for us since we had one of the room and bathrooms downstairs, while the loft and another bathroom was upstairs. We also used the grill and hot tub. The whole airbnb felt very comfortable and was relaxing overall. Hoping we can come back again next year!

This was one of the nicest Airbnb's I've stayed at. Everything was new, clean, well organized, had great aesthetics, and was very comfortable.
The beds and linens were top tier, the kitchen and living room were clean and cozy with modern amenities.
The place was walkable to the center of town, with good restaurants and bike rentals. This was nice to not have to drive when you didn't want to.
Not in the unit, but a 2 minute walk, there was a great sauna and hot tub. This was a nice addition after a long day outdoors.
Tim & Danielle communicated almost immediately and efficiently. They and their place was everything you could have wanted for your stay.
I'll certainly be renting from them again if I'm ever up in Mammoth again.

Timothy’s place, the Meiner’s Daughter, was the perfect spot for our one night, two-day visit to Ojai. It was just my husband and I, and we found it to be private and beautiful. Things we especially loved:
✅So easy to check in.
✅Simple check out (no stripping beds or cleaning).
✅Private patio with hot tub, seating, fire pit, hammock, and gorgeous views

✅Nice linens, bedding, and towels
I want to reiterate how much we loved the quick check in and out! That allowed us to maximize our time there, and it wasn’t stressful wondering if we had forgotten something on a long check-out list like most vacation rentals.
I highly recommend this place to single travelers or couples!

Tim and Danielle’s place was awesome! We spent 5 nights here and it was the perfect retreat after a long day in the mountains. The place is very modern and roomy and has all the amenities you can think of. The condo amenities were nice too! We loved the spa and pool on a hot afternoon. Don’t hesitate to book.
The host Tim checked in with us and made the experience very straight forward and easy. Great communicator.
We will be back!

Great stay at the Meiner’s Daughter. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Well appointed space, comfy bedding and efficient kitchenette was just what we wanted. Very lovely outdoor area that we used nightly for snacks, drinks and dinner. Loved the location as we did the Channel Islands, downtown Ojai and Santa Barbara Botanical from there. All within an easy drive. Would highly recommend the Meiner’s Daughter and stay there again on our next visit to the area.
